Terms and conditions

PAYMENT
Payment for goods can be made via credit card. We utilise a secure payment gateway to authorise online credit card payments. If we do not receive authorisation, your order will be cancelled.

DELIVERY
Once the payment has been made successfully, products will be shipped to the supplied address within 2-5 working days, throughout SA. 

REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued on any products. 

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from date of delivery if the product:

• Is defective
• Arrives damaged
• Has not been altered
• Is not missing any parts
• Is undamaged and unused
• Has replacements available
• Is in its original packaging, if applicable

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards: 

• Are only valid for 12 months from date of purchase and if unused, they expire
• Cannot be used to buy other Gift Cards
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

If the Gift Card value does not cover the order cost, the difference will need to be settled via credit card.
